Seasonal Rescue
Every day germs and stresses beat you
down.
Today no one has the time to feel or be sick. Our work
schedule, family obligations and relationships, don't include
down time.
Rain, snow, winds, problems on the job, holiday stresses,
relationship worries, and other factors, reduce your body's
ability to remain healthy.
The results are, colds, runny noses, sore throat, fevers,
chills, earaches and more.
Do You Need Seasonal Rescue?
- Do seasonal changes effect you?
- Are you sick more than twice a year?
- Do colds, allergies and winds get you down?
- Does heat, fevers or extreme cold set you back?

- Have you missed work fro being sick?

If you answered yes to 3 or more questions you
are a candidate for Seasonal Rescue.
A Few Tips On Staying Healthy!
The Do's
- Get plenty of rest. For most people 7-8 hours
a day is needed.
- Eat a healthy diet, full of veggies and fruits and
protein to meet your needs.
- Handle your stresses before they handle you. (People
are more susceptible to sickness when they are stressed).
- Include exercise, it circulates the blood and moves
waste products.
- Consume plenty of water, at least 80 ounces a day.
Water is the life blood of the body. Only air is more
important.
- Take a multi-vitamin, extra Vitamin C and Seasonal
Rescue as
needed.
The Precautions
- Always wash your hands.
- Limit your exposure to germs.
- Avoid “over exposure” to extreme cold
or heat.
- Don’t eat junk food.
- Avoid over taxing yourself.
- Don’t smoke.
- Don’t consume alcohol.
- Don’t take drugs unless your doctors gives you
a prescription for them.
- Don’t ignore what your body is telling you. Eat
when you are hungry, sleep when you need it, and drink
water not soda or “other” drinks.

How to use Seasonal Rescue
When you feel that you are not at your best.
Take 2-5 of Seasonal Rescue up to 4 times a day. If your
physician or health care professional indicates that you
should take another dosage, follow those instructions.
